Hi fellas! I hope your weekend was certainly amazing.
I’m energized and kinda also freaking out about this 7 days. I’m finding completely ready for the large transfer to Chicago but have I advised you that I’m the absolute worst at packing? I’m major! Whenever I go on a trip, I constantly pack the early morning of or late the night time just before. It is preposterous truly. This weekend my mom arrived more than to aid me pack, although I used most of my time cleansing out my closet making an attempt to figure out if I need to get rid of any of my dresses, shoes and purses. And then it’s like all I want to do is stay away from packing by baking additional or purchasing myself foolish on the world-wide-web. Oops.
The thrilling part about this week is that I’m heading to Kansas Metropolis for Chopped Con, a foodstuff running a blog meeting. My close friend Maegan and I are likely to remain the weekend and check out all of the delicious bakeries and restaurants in KC, so if you have any recommendations I’d adore to hear them!
Anyway I know I’m heading to require important power for all of the going for walks we’ll do in KC usually I’ll get genuine HANGRY. I swear if I never consume every 3 several hours, I get extreme road rage, can’t imagine and essentially am not a performing human being. Make sure you say I’m not the only one with uncontrollable hunger rage.
A true resolution is to often have treats on hand. Fruit, bars in the fridge, granola, nuts. Everything, seriously!
These little energy bites are a new beloved. They last but not least had dates at Trader Joe’s and I knew I experienced some recipe screening to do. What arrived out of my experiment is the most magical tiny chunk ever. I have usually puzzled why individuals appreciate dates so a lot and now I truly have an understanding of their magic.
Of course these are gluten totally free, vegan, and no sugar extra (minus the chocolate chips) little morsels that taste like chocolate chip cookie dough. I swear it! The very best section?
