Honey-Lemon Ricotta Breakfast Toast with Figs + Pistachios
Both way I’m right here now, eating their elegance in my early morning oatmeal and on breakfast toast. I have experienced them on pizza paired with blue cheese, bacon, and a heaping pile of that zesty arugula. Seriously, figs are just too damn addicting.
This recipe is possibly a single of the most straightforward approaches to eat figs. Just toast your favorite bread up, distribute on an uncomplicated whipped honey lemon ricotta, top rated with figs and sprinkle with pistachios. Not so substantially a recipe, but more like a stunning way and wholesome recipe to snack on (and get pleasure from people figs)!
For a full-rounded breakfast, serve with an egg or two. Love!
