Satisfied Monday. How was your weekend? MINE WAS Incredible! We experienced such an amazing workout + brunch at the Beneath Armour Women’s Chicago Manufacturer Dwelling. I’ll have a comprehensive recap for you incredibly quickly, but just a Huge shoutout to all people who arrived to the occasion. You fellas are virtually the most effective & sweetest humans.

Now for your Monday… I experience as though there’s no much better resolution for a get started to the week other than muffins.

Let’s adhere with the muffin woman. Seems substantially better.

I produced these muffins last weekend on a whim. Tony had taken me on a Saturday working day date — 1st on a Chicago river cruise, then we scooted over to Chinatown for eggrolls and wontons. Delicious as hell.

What I did not assume upon our return was to come household with the urge to bake. It was like a baking craving of some type.

Search if you have no idea what I necessarily mean, it’s kinda like when you’re at Trader Joe’s and the darkish chocolate coated peanut butter cups sneak into your cart because the craving is quite incredibly frustrating. It just comes about.

And in some cases your cravings have to be crushed.

So anyway the MUFFIN girl was craving muffins and had to bake them proper then and there. And so I did. Saturday night time rager taking place for true.

Truth of the matter be informed, the muffins came out fantastic the first time all over, but I wanted to tweak just a few components. The second time I baked them, they have been even improved and so MOIST. Ugh, what a horrible word, but I don’t know how else to explain them… tender? tempting? outrageously good? Kanye mic seize deserving? Either way, you are going to Like these.

Healthy Blueberry Greek Yogurt Muffins made with whole wheat flour, greek yogurt, naturally sweetened with maple syrup and just a touch of heart healthy avocado oil (or coconut oil!).

They are best for the kiddos and older people. I like the enhance of protein the Greek yogurt adds to the muffins.

Unfortunately I do not have a gluten free version, but I do have a dairy totally free edition which is readily available in the take note part of the recipe! Appreciate!
