This previous 7 days has been absolutely outrageous! I flew to New York to satisfy and cook dinner with Bobby Flay at his cafe! Whattt?! I know! My dessert was chosen by Fage Full Greek Yogurt to be served at their event. They remodeled Bobby’s restaurant Mesa Grill into a beautiful Pop-up Plain Kitchen area restaurant.

I’m so satisfied that I was equipped to be a part of it! I simply cannot categorical how blessed I really feel. I met some incredible food stuff editors, Fage’s PR team (Mullen!), and of class, Bobby. He was amazingly sweet and complimented me on how mouth watering this cheesecake was. We also produced a spice-crusted lamb, which was by considerably my beloved entree of the night!

BUT THE CHEESECAKE?! Can we just speak about it? It’s a dense, sleek, chocolate-wasted cheesecake that I want to dwell in for the rest of my life. I’m Serious. Oh and not to point out that it has a creamy, prosperous chocolate hazelnut butter (Nutella) ganache, toasted hazelnuts, and sea salt.

Coming up with this recipe was rather a method. I realized that I wished to use greek yogurt, but also that I desired to make a dessert that could be introduced in a cafe or created for a unique situation this kind of as a holiday getaway party.
