Now that I’m more mature, my eating habits have adjusted considerably. I mostly seek recipes that that fill me up with fiber, protein and balanced fats. Ordinarily I go for a hearty breakfast of eggs, turkey bacon, a banana and any kind of nut butter I can locate in my cupboard. Having said that, there are days when I get cravings for a waffle the size of my confront and just have to give in.
I’ve been on a quest to create perfect paleo waffle recipe for very some time, but just could not appear to be to get the component ratios proper until finally now. And my goodness, are these guys just outstanding! The base of this recipe is created up of almond butter. I haven’t examined it with any other nut butter, but I’m assuming it would work pretty properly with cashew or peanut!

The blueberry almond butter mixture is just as beautiful as it seems. A trace of cinnamon and vanilla will make them even far more scrumptious then you can think about.
Now since of the exact measurements and elements, I wouldn’t alter the recipe in any way. I know numerous of you like to test modifications, but I just cannot promise success if you do modify things up.
How to serve these paleo waffles
These waffles are crispy and golden on the outdoors and fairly wonderful for soaking up maple syrup. A drizzle of honey on these would be lovely also!
